About Us

Each Fusion Power Boat is built using the finest quality marine materials and fittings. We pride ourselves in producing a product that is made to last. The hull is constructed using RAL Pigment and high-quality NPG gelcoats, layered with fiberglass and a built-in aramid/kevlar keel strip. The inside of the hull is strengthened using Nidaplast sheets as bulkheads and webs. These compartments are then filled with high density polyurethane buoyancy foam.

The transom of the boat is strengthened using Coosa board; CoosaBoard is a high-density, closed-cell polyurethane foam, layered with fibreglass. This board is used as an alternative to plywood and other traditional unreinforced core materials ensuring a longer lifespan. Each deck is laid up with nidaplast, fiberglass, resin and vacuum bagged, creating a light weight and high strength product. The hull and deck are joint together using a two-part adhesive. The Fusion 19 and 21 have a built in 200l Aluminium fuel tank with access to it from a concealed hatch in the console. Each powerboat is finished off by hand using bespoke 316 Stainless Steel parts and high-quality marine fittings.  We offer high end optional extras depending on what your boating requirements are.

Our custom-built trailers are manufactured by Alu-Star in Worchester. The trailers are built using a combination of aluminium and galvanized steel, this selection offers an excellent balance between durability, corrosion resistance and weight reduction.

Fusion Power Boats was established in 2013 with the aim to develop a versatile boat that is super dry and calm in stable or rough conditions. The boats are designed and tested in the Garden Route of South Africa with the main testing grounds being the infamous Knysna Heads. We have established a reputation for our high-quality craftsmanship and the outstanding performance of these crafts.
